We feature one fantastic tent option: our 20'x40' Tent. This large tent gives you 800 square feet of covered space. It can comfortably host up to 80 people with round tables or up to 95 people with rectangle tables, making it great for big guest lists, dining areas, entertainment, or vendor booths. Its classic design and strong build make it a reliable choice for any large event. 

We handle the delivery, installation, and pick-up, so you can focus on your event, not the setup. Plus, no deposit is required! (Delivery fees vary by location.)

• 20'x40' Tent Only: $500.00

• 20'x40' Tent with Walls: $625.00 (Includes sidewalls for extra protection and privacy)

 

Light Up Your Event! (Add-Ons)

Make your tent shine with our lighting options:

• String Lights (Peak Only): Add an additional $75.00 for a charming glow at the top of the tent.

• String Lights (All Sides & Peak): For full tent illumination, add an additional $125.00.

Please note: We do not offer drapery for our tents.

 

Important Rental Information

We only pitch tents on grass surfaces. We can't set up tents on concrete or any other hard surfaces. This ensures the safety and stability of our tent for your event.
